Special Appearance Attorney

If you have a schedule conflict and cannot make it to a hearing, just give me a call. I primarily cover Orange County hearings, but can travel to courts in neighboring counties to appear on your behalf.

I can make appearances in the following practice areas - civil, criminal, immigration, family law, and probate.

I offer reasonable flat fees for special appearances and my rates are based upon anticipated time to complete the assignment and driving distance.

How to Arrange for a Special Appearance:

Call first to confirm the details of the appearance. After confirmation, please use one of the buttons in the form below to pay for the appearance. The buttons will link to a paypal form. Note that I am unable to appear without first receiving payment. Once I have received confirmation that the credit transaction has cleared, I will send e-mail confirmation for the appearance.

Court Appearances

For self-represented parties, I will make single court appearances (unbundled legal services) for family law matters or immigration benefits interviews such as asylum interviews or adjustment of status interviews (but not immigration court matters). Appearance fees start at $350. Please contact me before paying to confirm my availability for the date and time of your proceeding. All appearances require a written agreement and payment to be made prior to the hearing date.
